Sparks Gone

I uncrafted some valks for 12000 sparks, and when i went to craft new cards, all 12000 sparks were gone

Same for me - lost a total of over 32,000 sparks after buying 2x60 packs (2x£35.99 - been saving for months) and recycling all this morning. Spent 2 hours chatting to unhelpful agents this morning and got nowhere.
