Sparks Gone

I’m getting the same issue. Apparently I couldn’t get help from an agent due to the fact that this is an in-game issue, so this is the best chance I have for getting my Sparks.

Same for me - lost a total of over 32,000 sparks after buying 2x60 packs (2x£35.99 - been saving for months) and recycling all this morning.  Spent 2 hours chatting to unhelpful agents this morning and got nowhere.
