Sticker Shop gifted packs infinite loading loop

My Sticker Shop shows a large number of gifted packs, but when I enter the gifted packs section it loads forever and never opens. There is no error message — just infinite loading — and the shop becomes unusable.

What I already tried:

Repair game files

Verify Steam files

Reinstall game

Clear EA app cache

Clean boot

Connection tests

Waited more than 30 minutes on the gifted packs screen

The rest of the game works correctly, including online matches. The problem appears isolated to the gifted packs queue.

EA Help case already escalated to technical team — posting here as requested for tracking and prioritization.
