Still Replaying the tutorial after ver. 1.03 update

I am playing GW2 on PS4 and I am still suffering the replaying tutorial and no retrieving the saved data problem even though now I have latest patch 1.03 from EA.

I've just experience something that also resembled the old profile bug. Logged in to find my one items changed to one I had equipped previously (but after 1.03), even though in the meantime I have been running around with a different one for days. When I checked, I found at least 2 other characters also had wrong items..

Edit: The item is missing completely. It was the silver version of the Chappie-style robot-visor for the All-Star, and one of the hats for the pirate. Possibly more. I am running a repair on my installation as I write this, fingers crossed.

Edit2: I found it now, and I think I also looked wrong - under helmets instead of accessories. Still strange and worrying that the selected item got reset.

@EA_Andy unfortunately neither plug out nor fresh install worked out for me. I still have to replay the tutorial. any opinions left?
