Super Low FPS on PC.
you might have seen me in another thread along a similar issue, but i figured it would be misleading to continue along that thread with the title like it is. my fps can't even reach tolerable levels...

Your machine is so slow, I am surprised it can more or less "walk" with the game. A Gaming Class GPU is required, but you have a very, VERY low end video solution running things that can never play the game correctly.
i kind of figured but i wanted a confirmed answer from someone who knows more about processors and things along that line.
what would you recommend as far as good specs?
