The easiest long term solution to GW2's problems on PC

The dev team for this game is long gone. So there is no one who continually fight all the hackers. Given how devoted the community is to still playing this game after 10 years, it would be really cool if EA could open up the game or share some tools to allow for private servers and for custom maps to be made. That way EA barely has to spend any money, and makes all the fans happy.
