The GW2 App on Playstation 5 has twice lost the connection to the EA server

Last night (Central European time) in mid game the GW2 app broke off the connection to the US East Coast server and requested that I sent in the accompanying error code. This happened again just now while playing on the European server. As before, the App requested that I sent in the accompanying error code.

Is it possible for someone to look into into? Would be much appreciated.
