To EA team, Don't ignore GW2 players' need and enthusiasm for the game

Dear EA team, I'm a ture lover for PVZ and many other EA games, Recently I was about to enjoy GW2 gaming, an awesome game, only to find our playground had been ruined by endless hacker attacking, which makes the servers unstable and most of the multiplayer games impossible to enjoy.

Like hundreds of thousands of other GW2 players, we have great passion for this game, and have been being hurted consistently for so long but would never give up the game we love, we strongly believe that the EA team has the resolution and ability to protect our beloved game and the normal players who never cheat, trusts that EA stands for our players.

Though our community is not as huge as many other games, our needs and calling should not be ignored. Also, there are still waves of new players, with good expectations, crowding into this funny game which should have been so enjoyable and unforgettable. And we can't be silent when our rights to have fun is under the threats of hackers and cheaters.

We sincerely expect that EA team takes effective measures to solve ours crisis in urgency, we would never stop our support to EA games if it can truly emphasize the players' and communities' feelings and needs.
