Then it loadsMAJOR : The game asks me as a parent to input my email address and check the box that I’ve read and approve the User agreement. But the User agreement / Policy etc never loads when the pop-up shows. The pop-up is gray without any text in it. So the checkbox is inactive. So we’re stuck.Anyone have a solution?

Right now the servers are experiencing technical difficulties because the game has gotten a huge surge of people because of the streamer. Everyone is experiencing this issue and I suggest to wait and just keep trying,

Trying to get my kid able to play GW2 on XBOX again, but can’t due to bug
