this is so sad, we are only wasting time trying to fix anything with this forum
now they will listen to a random kid asking for random nerfs/buffs on twitter and do it, ignoring all the great suggestions made in this forum
Also Chomper burrow camera is being addressed.
@Vinimon18 Tell me about it bro. I have seen so many awesome suggestions and none of it being noticed.

And the "we're aware and are fixing it" happens again when he asked about hit detection. Well let's hope they DO fix it. But why not announce on the PvZ Facebook or Twitter?

@KnowsNoLimit @Vinimon18 - just because a reply isn't made on every post doesn't mean feedback and concerns are being missed because you used the forums and not Twitter.
Twitter is an interesting platform in that people will post publicly from their own private accounts and possibly provide more info than they ever would have on forums, I think that can happen for a lot of things.
We do try and keep you guys informed on the forums though. If we're working on something, or are aware of something that is being fixed by studio then we will usually reply as such to a thread about it.As for making a post for each individual item that may be looked into, that doesn't seem like something we would do but once we have say notes for a new patch/update available we'll get those posted as we did for the first update.
One thing is for certain - your feedback isn't being missed.

@EA_Andy This is the biggest issue though and such a common mistake, staying silent on the matter is really bad. You guys don't have to answer every thread to say you are looking into and addressing the bugs. Just have a stickied thread where it details what you guys are currently working on bug wise, not content wise as that can be kept a secret for all I care.
I as a consumer and many others who enjoy the game just want to know that you guys are aware of the technical problems in your game and are working towards addressing them. That's really not much to ask for. I'm not asking for a deadline (these things take time), just that you guys are aware of these issues and intend on fixing them.
The Twitter account wasn't even your official one as well and it was never referenced there either.
You say you guys are working on things and will let us know, except that twitter post is nearly a week old and no one mentioned a thing on here. It details exactly what I and others wanted fixed.
- The hit detection bug
- Chomper burrowing camera glitch
Now I want to see some confirmation about Infinity Time/gameplay crashing and Party Rose being unobtainable mentioned.
We have countless threads asking about the same things and you guys stay silent, when all you had to do was link that twitter account that I posted in this topic.
Boom!, worries of it ever being addressed would of been settled and people will know then that they don't have to repeat themselves over and over about the same bugs.
Anyway that's just my thoughts on it. You guys can handle it how you want, but from a consumer point of view it's never a good look to just stay quiet and letting it escalate to the point of frustration for the people who bought your game.

@EA_Andy I understand the desire to want to use twitter, but that medium has a very limited character structure. You actually can't provide more feedback via twitter because you can't say nearly as much. At least not very detailed feedback. It's public though, and you want the people to see it on a public medium, and you feel like you can reach more people by using it. I'll be honest though, I would have never known that you guys even said anything had it not been for @KnowsNoLimit posting it here to the forums. I have a Twitter account, but I'm never on it. I only use it when I am forced to, like when you asked who needed buffs and nerfs. But I do appreciate you guys reading the forums for information. It's much more in depth than anything on twitter though.

Like others have said it would of been a big help for you to make a sticky thread on the fourm saying "we are working on [insert thing here] and [insert other thing here]" because a large amount of people on the fourms don't have a twitter or don't use twitter often enough to notice that you posted that you were working on problems with the hit detection and luckily @KnowsNoLimit posted this for us to notice. (plus yeah you cant really explain things in detail on twitter due to the limit of letters and such.) and your leaving some of us in the dark about it and you could be stopping like 10 threads about the same problem to be created. Again it would be helpful if you created a thread explaining it or linking to the twitter post just so more of us know.

@KnowsNoLimit - I understand the idea of a thread full of every bug that is being worked on but I think it would end up being counter-productive, as any reported bug is at least reviewed to make sure it is a bug and then eventually fixed, a list could end up being very long. Additionally as you've mentioned the time to review and fix a bug can vary and we don't want to give people false expectations about how quickly their particular bug is going to take to be addressed.
There is a list of some of the known issues within the stickies on the tech/bug forum, it needs a slight update at this point but does contain some of the things that have been mentioned around the forums. I wouldn't expect it to ever contain absolutely everything that's currently being looked into.
I do appreciate the feedback though, and will try and keep you guys updated as best as possible.
For infinity mode crashing we've been collecting reports here. For party Rose I would have to try and look into that a bit more, it's not something I currently have info for.
@XMalakhX - I completely agree, it's much easier to post full feedback on a forum like this than on Twitter, mostly because of the word count!
In this case it looks like it was Justin that was replying to a player directly about the issue and mentioned that it was being looked into. I definitely appreciate that you guys want to hear that stuff first and officially through the PvZ channels.

You don't need to explain yourself, but I appreciate your reply. We know there are many issues you and the other devs are dealing with. It is not necessary to receive round the clock updates and responses from you guys like some of us want you to. All I have to say is keep up the good work.
Yes, they are some painstaking issues in-game right now including hit detection and I'm just as frustrated as most players about it. Since I know the devs are working on it, that is good enough for me. I'm not going to demand weekly updates and constant feedback from POPCAP on it. Between this forum and the Reddit, the devs are engaged enough. For some of you, it isn't enough, but I think the devs have proven themselves after the year of our queen. Give them a break and let them do their jobs. Most of the time I have the feeling that the Development Team has no idea of the real issues that are truly threatening this game.
@EA_Andy I believe you deliver to the Team, I am just not confident in how they interpret our data if none of them can even experience the issues.
