Unable to access multiplayer in GW2

Bro i have all my settings allowing mutliplayer, i got xbox essential, i reinstalled the game, cleared the alternate mac address or whatever it is, it still wont let me access multiplayer, ive tried everything, my ea account is linked to my xbox

    Me and my friend had the same problem. But we did fix it by switching to different regions, though that did mean one player was laggy depending on which was working.

    I'm having the same issue, its a shame to see the game has been abandoned after all these years
