Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was 41/42 prizes unlocked, then the exact 42nd reward I was missing (Megalo mindreader) dropped from the reward-o-tron. At first the item did not show as received or 'conplete' on the prize map, but the next day my prize map was 42/42 and I have no mechanism to claim the grand prize. I checked if I had received it, and I have definitely not.
