我写这封信是为了报告一个紧急且严重的问题:我的《植物大战僵尸:花园战争2》账号遭到了一名使用外挂者的针对性攻击导致我的账户等级被强制提升至满级无法获得角色技能升级 。
I am writing this letter to report an urgent and serious issue: My account for "Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2" was targeted by an external program user, resulting in my account level being forcibly raised to the maximum level and preventing me from upgrading my character skills.

问题: 当我第二天登录游戏发现全部角色被人用特殊方式从服务器后台我个人账号数据修改提升至满级等级标签也被提升至5455级,角色通通满级,无法获得角色升级等级经验,通通显示为负数。
Question: When I logged into the game the next day, I found that all the characters had been modified and upgraded to the maximum level from the server's background using a special method. The level labels for all the characters were also increased to 5455. All the characters were at the maximum level and were unable to gain experience for upgrading their levels. They all showed as negative numbers.
性质: 通过特殊手段只需要知道用户姓名或者邮箱就能修改服务器终端中储存的游戏数据对正常玩家实行报复的恶意行为。
Nature: This is a malicious act where, through special means, only the user's name or email address is required to modify the game data stored on the server terminal, thereby retaliating against normal players.

Evidence: This is the screenshot of my gameplay on Friday and the situation after I opened the game on Saturday afternoon. Everything is garbled.

此次事件并非由我本人任何违规行为引起,而是作为一名积极热爱着此游戏的玩家遭受外挂恶意报复。我恳请官方能调查这件事情。并让我账号数据恢复正常。我对EA和PopCap games充满热爱与信任还有更多无辜的热爱此游戏的玩家遭受此恶劣方法的影响真心希望官方不要因此类卑劣行径而对一位依然热爱的此游戏的玩家们而寒心。
