User level

Your user levels mean nothing they never have even the new one means nothing and it also leads to substandard matching.

Almost certainly a better approach would be to have the user's win rate and as a percentage and all time win rate and maybe last 30 days/recent win rate. 

Matching someone who wins 92% of every game they ever play with someone who wins 12% of every game they ever play is a disservice to everybody and causes a negative user experience.

Not to mention as a long time user I'm interested in knowing what my long-term win rate is and what my win rate looks like recently am I below or above my average.  That will help me Define if I should update my deck or consider a different hero.

Sometimes I wonder if the devs actually even play the game.
