What packs are you purchasing with coins? I have oodles of consumables, so much that I don't think I need to use Minion Booster Packs for quite some time. The more expensive packs you buy, the less items you'll be getting for your coins (you're trading off value for rarity).
I had quite a few walkers, but very few pots/bots. You must be getting pretty lucky to have that many.
