Was this skill designed to be this way? I'm playing night cap, I see a wizard casting spell disaster I instantly vanish and start sprinting/jumping away. I run behind a corner, and the spell still hits me. It homes in on you and goes through walls? that's so broken... Is this a bug or is it actually working as intended? It happens A LOT...
@Shinobicap I remember there was one point where I used Spell Disaster on an Oak at low health, but he transformed back to Acorn and tried to flee the scene as Acorn, I distinctly remember the attack going all the way behind the wall and hitting the sprinting acorn, vanquishing him. I believe this is an intended feature, I suppose my advice to you is to stay away from wizard if you are a small character that has low health as he can easily vanquish you with this ability. 🙂
@Shinobicap it doesn’t go through walls but it can follow you around corners, if everything happens with the right timing.

I have a video of me getting shot through a wall by a Pirate, for crying out loud. I was .5 to 1.5 seconds past the threshold of the door/wall when I got shot!

The balls can track opponents and serve as mid range attacks, when fired properly. They cannot go through walls, they can track (very loosely) around corners, they have a hard time with elevation and dodge abilities.
