Xbox One achievements stopped tracking/unlocking

Xbox One achievements stopped tracking/unlocking.  It's not in a "100% Done! Unlocking" state.  This is different.  It's almost as if the game itself doesn't have achievements.  I should have unlocke...

I should note that the "EA Origin problem" was suggested by the Xbox Live personnel. I did not buy it through EA Origin or EA Access. I pre-ordered it from the Microsoft Store on the XB1 console.
