[Xbox] PvZ GW2 Unable To Equip Citron Overheat Upgrade

I play PvZ GW2 on Xbox Series X my gamer tag is SkyCaboose8055 my EA email is [edit: email address removed] and my name is [removed] 

([edit: email address removed] is also the email i use for my xbox account)

I played a game of Garden Ops on Zen Peak with Party Citron (i was leveling him up) the match was laggy due to the host having poor connection I have a stable connection cause my Xbox is hardwired into my router.  Midway through the match I leveled Party Citron to Advanced Lvl 9 granting me the Overheat Upgrade it appeared on screen stating I've unlocked the upgrade. I completed the session returned and rushed over to the Customization booth to equip my newly acquired upgrade but the game glitched out and says I've never earned the upgrade which is infuriating cause that is 1 of the most useful and important upgrades to Citrons as a whole and this had to happen on 1 of the Legendary Citrons, And I happen to be 1 of the lucky few to have the Unicorn Chomper unlocked and if I restarted my progress I'd had 0 way of getting the Unicorn back, even in the Almanac when viewing Party Citron for the ratio of Unlock/Locked upgrades it's 1 behind where it should be. Please fix my Party Citron so I could use him again

    @EA_Shepard And I doubt you could take control of my account go into the code for Party Citron and tell it to unlock the Overheat Upgrade (i know what i basically said is hack/mod my account though i know im probably wording it wrong and i dont have the resources nor know how to do myself plus like you said it's not really possible on Xbox but you guys made/produced the game i figured you'd have a little bit more freedom to do that) and that's sad if that can't really happen cause that upgrade is a make or break for that entire character and I do like the weirdly purple orange i was planning on making him 1 of my main citrons since I know he's basically a direct upgrade compared to the normal Citron does the same damage has same speed has same health but has the Legendary mode on top and that upgrade is vital to making him a good character I just wish you could fix it

    Did you ever find a way to fix my account cause I still need that upgrade to come back and like I said before I wish I could just give you access to my account and change it from there, I could to continue leveling up Party Citron but seeings how an upgrade never gets unlocked twice I doubt that'll work but this issue still needs to get fixed somehow
