Can you try restoring the game licenses in your PS4 settings, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

- @iluminatethesky Hi there, i am having the same problem, i just purchased the game but can’t access it, i keep getting the same error as the op mentioned, i’ve tried the fix you suggested, uninstalled the game all together then reinstalled it, checked and rechecked my internet to no avail. Please help
