Achievements scrolling way to slow switch 2

When I open the achievements and try scrolling with either the right stick and the touch screen it will scroll sooo slowly. It also feels so stiff, scrolling should feel a bit slippery or something. Also why does the back rock disappear when I use controller, that rock should never disappear it should always be useable regardless of controller or touch. I also have been looking at the more/back rock why does it teleport and why does the rock go over book worm? It running over book worm makes it look like the rock is not even attached to the ground.
