Crazy Dave’s page 5 missing

I’ve beat the game 3 times so far, but right after I beat it for the first time, crazy Dave’s 5th page in the shop, the one with the blueprints, completely disappeared. It still hasn’t come back and I have over 100k coins saved to buy them. Is this a known issue?
