How has version 1.4.0 STILL NOT been released for Switch consoles yet

I understand that its a permission issue so it would take a few days longer for the patch to go live for Nintendo consoles, but its been 2 WEEKS since that patch went live and on Switch and Switch 2 ...

I too play on a nintendo switch and did not realize that the 1.4.0 was out already. Also didn't the 1.3.0 update take a while on switch too? I'm sure they are doing it.
