Information regarding launch schedule

As we are rapidly approaching launch for Replanted (roughly 2 weeks away as of the time of this post), some more specific information regarding what times the game will launch on the different platforms would be greatly appreciated. That way, players can plan around things like work, school, and other prior commitments so they can schedule zombie-slaying sessions with friends and play the game at their earliest possible convenience.
