Penny's Prize Path event

I purchased the second paid reward in the Penny's Prize Path event in Plants vs. Zombies 2.The payment was successfully processed through Google Play, and I received both the Google Play receipt and the bank confirmation. My Google Play order ID is:

However, I did not receive the reward. When I try to purchase it again, the game says that I already own it (or that it has already been purchased), but the reward is still locked and I cannot continue to the next free reward. Accidentally the payment was made using a different Google account than the one linked to my Plants vs. Zombies 2 game profile. The game profile is linked to my main Google Play Games account (SightedCommunion101), but the purchase was accidentally completed with my old Google account (MedianCormorant24). I'm sorry, I didn't notice the wrong Google account was selected during the payment because all of my previous in-game purchases were automatically made using the correct account.

Could you please check my purchase and either grant the missing reward or unlock my Penny's Prize Path progression? I attached a screenshot of my User ID. Thank you!
