Plants vs. Zombies (PS4) – Progression bug blocks Adventure mode

While playing Adventure mode normally, the game stopped saving progress correctly. After completing a level, the next level remained locked, and the game repeatedly redirected me to the Zen Garden tutorial. From that point on, it was no longer possible to progress in the game.

The Zen Garden tutorial does not complete or register properly. As a result, the game fails to unlock subsequent levels and prevents normal progression in Adventure mode. Previously completed levels are repeated as if they were not finished, and other modes that depend on progression remain locked. The issue persists even after restarting the console and reinstalling the game, making the game unplayable.
