about an e-mail I received from EA
Do not know how to contact EA about an e-mail I received from them to try and get my issue resolved.
I have tried all kinds of way and can't get to anyone to help me.
The e-mail said to go through EA help and there is nothing there to help me.
Like I really wanted to receive an e-mail like the one below.
Even though I have been trying for days to get the gems I ordered.
EA does not make it easy to find out how to get help when you need it.
This is what I tried to resend ti their e-mail back to them.
WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM YOUR BANK OR PAYMENT PROVIDER REGARDING A CHARGEBACK OR REVERSAL ON A PAYMENT MADE ON YOUR EA ACCOUNT. AS A RESULT, WE HAVE CANCELLED ANY SUBSCRIPTION(S) THAT ARE ACTIVE, REMOVED ANY ENTITLEMENTS, OR GAMES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAYMENT(S) AND WILL BEGIN TO MONITOR AND MAY RESTRICT FUTURE PURCHASES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
