With the Improvements Made to Jigsaw Treasure Hunter
The Game Freezes after a few moves / the pieces cannot be moved
This is the only game that this happens to started on 3/24/2020
All other Games I can play
I've been playing Jigsaw Treasure Hunter with no problems since the Game came out in H5
CLEAR History-Cache RESTART PC - Tried Edge and Google with the same results
This ONLY started as of 3/24/2020
I just get cross that pogo implies that its our fault all the time. It isnt.
Just to let you know that I tried the empty drawer function ( left hand side) and its much better!

I'd love to look into this for you. Are you on a PC, Mac or tablet?
If you're on a PC or a Mac, can you share your system information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? It would help a lot in tracking down the issues you're experiencing.
If you're on a tablet, can you share the make/model of your tablet, and what OS version you're running?

If so, please try the HTML5 troubleshooting to see if it improves gameplay for you and let me know how it goes. If the game is still problematic, if you're able to share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information, linked in my post above, it would help a ton.

only when I am using GOOGLE CHROME , and only JIGSAW T does this freezing happen (no other games on google)
but, if I use EDGE , jigsaw t will not freeze
I'd like to use google chrome for all my games and this freezing only started when the new changes were made to this game on 3/24
is there a setting I need to change on google to not have this game freeze on me ?

I do have a follow-up question though, which can help with tracking it down. For your version of Microsoft Edge, are you using the original Microsoft Edge (blue e icon) or Microsoft Edge Chromium (a blue-green e-shaped wave icon)?

One minute it works, the next it doesnt. Very frustrating!
