Bejeweled Blitz

Has anyone else had issues with the game not loading since yesterday’s update? Not loading on Facebook. Using chrome.  Thanks

    @robinsky1600 Issues accessing BB should now be resolved, you may need to clear cookies/cache and test if you can enter the game again.

The game is loading fine, but when I play against a friend I get zero credits for the game and the whole thing freezes, every game, still

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
