Canasta - scoring not working

The scoring issue continues.  I win a game and watch the rating go down as it ends.  Plus, recently, there are a lot of connection issues.  The game will freeze - I keep hitting the pile to draw, or meld to play cards, but nothing happens.  Usually, after a long wait, the game reboots and sometimes that allows me to play.  Sometimes the game disappears and my rating drops. 

I'm hoping with the "improvements" they've promised, these issues will be addressed.  It's frustrating to continue to have problems with POGO, after being with the site for probably 20 years.  Until a few years ago, it was a pleasure to play.  Unfortunately, there is no longer the case.

Anyone yet found a better site online to play canasta?

I just completed a game with someone whose rating was higher than mine: 1007 to 985 (my score). When my opponent won, my rating went down about 20 points, but before I could get a screen shot, it dropped again to 943. 

I took screen shots, but your interface threw errors for both: "This file is too large."

Your interface is so full of bugs. As a subscriber, my gaming experience is negatively impacted by the lack of stability of the Canasta interface.

I can't even attach a screenshot, which I'm always asked for when I submit a case.

The Canasta interface issues are so old. The issues could be solved but Pogo won't dedicate the time, resources, and money to fix them. As a subscriber, it's very frustrating to enjoy a game that is increasingly difficult to play given the instability of the interface.

Your programmers and the people who monitor these cases must hate going to work each day. You won't fix the problems so they can't offer solutions or any expectation that things will improve.

Also, your responses suggest that it's the browser we're using, cookies, etc., instead of the instability of the interface for YEARS.

I am having the same issue. I win and my score goes down. When I win it also says I forfeited? I wish Pogo would fix these glitches. It has knocked my score so low after enjoying this game so much. It's very frustrating and makes me want to cancel Pogo. I have been a member a long time but tired of Pogo issues and crashes. Have a nice day.

I have had this issue as well. The timer goes to zero and it just keeps flashing. I know players do this on purpose but it doesn't allow for me to boot them. That is a way of cheating for them or they slow play on purpose and you can't boot them.

Maybe you can use the snipping tool if it doesn't allow for a screen shot but even then will Pogo really fix it. I don't think Pogo cares they just want our money. At this rate I will not renew the contract when it comes up again unless Pogo can get it together. I bet they would get it together if everyone left and they didn't get the funds anymore.
