Progress lost

I’ve been playing both Merge & Farm Merge Valley, the last few days while playing it pop ups that your progress can not be saved then it kicks me out. This morning while playing Merge Academy I had just received 1 sicker packet to open, while opining it it said I have completed the sticker collection just as I was clicking continue the game says sorry your progress can’t be saved. I lost all the energy it was giving me and what ever else I was getting, that really pissed me off, who knows if I’ll get that sticker again to complete that book
