Canasta failure to authenticate

Hello! I tried accessing the game before replying to you and was able to connect to the game.

At this time, could you try the following steps to see if this will address the issue:

• Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
• Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
• Restart your computer. 
• Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
• Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. 

See if any of these system checks help with your loading issue at this time and feel free to let us know how it goes!

I sill cannot get into Canasta either. This has been an issue for over a week now for me. Getting ready to quit Pogo if this issue is not fixed soon.
