canasta freezes, lost connect and kicks you out

Hi hasteopen, how often does this problem persist? Is it every single game every single time? Because Canasta only disconnects if you let the game sit idle during an open session, whether you're playing or not. My best Pogo buddy Billie and I play all the time and some weeks it appears the problem is fixed and we don't experience it then others it seems to creep back. It also seems to vary whether, once disconnected, your game will be restored once you try reconnected. Again, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This is a known issue so a great bit of feedback you can give is to contact EA Help and apprise them of your situation and ask that they provide feedback to the technical team about your feelings on the issue. Also post in the forums. This is the only way change is gonna happen.
