Poker Town - Season Pass - Can't collect Rewards - Error

While I am THRILLED to have the refund and all the prizes, I can't collect a single prize. Error message given states "Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try to save it again?"  - TRY AGAIN button. I do that, repeat x 3, final message , "Uh oh, something went wrong. Please try again." QUIT GAME,  RESTART buttons

hello, My user name is MajicsGrl same as on here. I just got off work and received the following message 

However when i go into the season I get this when trying to claim my prizes that I have already earned prior to the reset. The shot below that is the Season prior to trying to claim

Hi MajicsGrl, I also saw offer for what I thought was new season in Poker Town and pad 150 gems for it. when I tried to claim todays prizes after a win it kept saying unable to save your progress and threw me out. I also want to know why it accepted my gems on March 25? Tonight I received an email saying they are gifting the season and adding 4000 coins. does anyone have a gifted season? are my gems to be refunded? Claim all button also did not work. I don't think its click bait, I think its glitches in programing.  There was no way to respond to the email from Pogo. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you! 

I have earned up to level 21 and yet tonight my level was only showing me at 17. Also I have season pass and premium, both telling me I have prizes to claim, but everytime I try to, it tells me there is a technical error, please try again. Is this a bug? I at least want my level put back. It took a lot to get there.

petitgoddessgB- I am in the exact same situation.  I hope they get it figured out. I do not have the gifted season.  I was 1 away from the clap board when they ended it early.  I spent another 150 gems for the "new season" and I am unable to claim any of the prizes.

Came here to say exactly this.  2 days now with this issue, not being able to claim my XP boost.

For a couple of days, when a game ends, I will click on the tab entitled "SEASON" (especially if I see an exclamation point), but every time a  message pops-up that says "Unfortunately the progress on your game could not be saved. Would you like to try again?" It does not help to click on the message as it will  pop-up again

I tried fixing the problem by exiting the game and exiting the website. it did not fix the problem.

Secondly, I tried clearing my browsing history, cookies, and cached data. Again, this action did not resolve the problem.

What will resolve this situation?

I have had this issue as well, I did the same as above, and logged out and back in.  I also tried Edge, Firefox, my tablet and my phone. 

having the same problem in Poker Town :  I bought a Season Pass for 150 gems and now cannot collect any CLAIM Rewards !  I keep getting "try again" but nothing happens~  Please fix this issue ASAP.. not a happy camper with so many glitches and freezing issues! 😡
