POKER TOWN ISSUES

I need help. I am so anger and disappointed in POGO. Been a Very long time member and have spent $1000s of dollars over the years. Heck before retiring I'd often buy a $100 dollars worth of gems a day. I'm retired now and sadly on a fixed income yet I still do buy gems when really needed. I recently bought the season pass in Poker Town for 150 gems. However I have Not been able to claim my prizes. I get a message saying "sorry your progress can not be saved" it won't let me try again I quit or restart only to keep getting the same message. REFUND my GEMS or Please fix it. I prefer Fix It. I need those prize coins so as to play enough to complete the badge so can move on to the next badge. When you have a badge event you should not have to finish one badge before starting another for this very reason. If you can play that badge game you should be able to try another one.
