Canasta HD - Rating goes down after winning games

there is a bug associated with this game   your tech support told me I had to report it here.  I am winning games and my rating is going down. [removed] fix the problems  [CM edit - Updated title ...

Hey there, @don1866.

Thanks for the update. I'd like to narrow this down just to make sure before I send it over to the Pogo team.

  • Is there a safe time or method to exit the game?
  • Does it happen without standing up after game is complete?
  • Does it happen after standing up after the game is complete?

@EA_Arrenai Hi, its not during game play, its after the game is complete you leave the table which is fine and you are back on the canasta menu, there are four game options, if ever you want to leave this screen and go back to the main menu you lose points, it also prompts you by saying if you leave this game your progress will be lost. With the game in this mode you would have to stay in the canasta game forever and not play anything else.

      @EA_Arrenai Im not receiving credit for won games with a frozen pile. I am playing with robots, does that make a difference?

    @don1866 POGO does this with all the games. Or, every game I play. What I do to get out of Canasta lobby without losing ranking points is: I just x out of POGO on my top browser tab. When I log back into POGO, and go to Canasta, my rank is the same.
