Cancel Club Pogo Auto Pay Immediately
I have been trying for a week to cancel my auto renewal account and switch to only paying when I want to play club pogo. I can't find the link that you say is in my account to end membership and you won't allow me to remove my credit card. This is not acceptable! You can charge me indefinitely by making cancellation impossible. I have written twice about this but no one tresponds. I want this membership canceled BEFORE you can charge me again on May 20 or I will report your chartges as fraud because that is essentially what you are doing. I will challenge any further auto payments charged after April 20th.

In order to make changes to your Billing and Account information go to the following:
- Sign in to Pogo.com
- Select your avatar in the top right
- Select the "My Account" option > Look under the "Billing and Subscription"
- There you should have options for "Change Plan" and "Change Payment method"
To confirm are you able to see these?
