cancel my subscription

this will be the last time i ask you to quit debiting my account , this will be the third demand for you to cancel my account , and you keep taking but this time i have my bank manager looking into to this with the Attorney General of Va , so two months has gone by and you keep going into my bank account , all this has been documented  ,refund me 2 months keep first month ,  this is a money trap join and then , you cant find anyway to reach at you scam but you will be talking to a person from my state and bank ,             [removed personal information]    You've made it where you made me create another account and and made it where ,, You guys are really going to have to come to Va for meeting w/AG of Va ...    ===CLOSE - MY ACCOUNT===

    • Go to https://help.ea.com
    • Click "Contact Us"
    • Select Pogo from the game list
    • Select PC or Mac
    • Select Manage my account > Manage subscriptions
    • Click Select contact option

  • You are doing it to me too.  I just got another subscription fee even though I cancelled my account.

    I tried the EA board there is NOTHING to cancel POGO!

    PLEASE CANCEL MY ACOUNT!

    Hi @mcsnappinfart,

    That's not good. Can you please check this EA Help article that will guide you through the subscription cancellation process?

    Should you still have issues after this, I'd ask you to reach out to EA Help so that an agent can take a look at what's going on. EA_Arrenai has posted the steps on how you can get in touch. 🙂 Please note that you will need to choose either the chat option or a callback for an issue like this.
