Can't buy Gems on Pogo

Have chatted with EA about this and losing over $30 buying gems & not getting them ( this part is over 6 months now & they keep saying there tool is not working & "lets see if anyone has the same problem so wait ). Now for past 4 months I have not been able to buy Gems as I click on buy but it says "Click to Home page" 

 This what the page looks like

4 months & they keep closing my caseing Not Solved or something like that. Almost impossible to get live chat now so I come to the forum as I know I can get help on this

    Immediate Browser Fixes:

    Cookie/Privacy Settings:
    Set browser to "Allow all cookies" temporarily
    Whitelist both pogo.com AND ea.com domains
    Disable "Prevent cross-site tracking" (Safari)
    Turn off "Block third-party cookies" (Chrome/Edge)

    Clear EVERYTHING for both domains:
    Clear cookies for pogo.com
    Clear cookies for ea.com
    Clear cookies for new-pogo.ea.com
    Sign out, restart browser, sign back in

    Browser Extensions:
    Disable ALL extensions (especially ad blockers, privacy badgers)
    Disable password managers temporarily
    Turn off VPNs
    Try Incognito/Private mode

    I have had the same problem with purchasing Gems for 3 months now. There is no Support Contact number to call to fix my account. I have tried changing paymeny methods between Credit cards and Pay Pal with no change. My account is over 15 years old and I can't scroll through accound purchase history. They do renew my subscription through PayPal with no problem. HELP!!!
