Can't logon to Pogo via Windows

For almost two days I have not been able to logon to Pogo through any browser in Windows.  When I try, I get a message that a validation code will be sent to my email, but it is never received.  I am able to logon to Pogo on Android devices so I know my userid and password are valid.  Unfortunately not all of the games I play render correctly in Android and trying to read the screens on my phone is very difficult.
