Can't purchase Pogo Gems

I am unable to purchase the gems.  I have purchased them without any problems until now.  I click on the qty and dollar amount I want and it tells me "Please try again.   Your order could not be completed. Please try again later".  It doesn't even pull my cards to pay for them and my cards are good.  I read where someone else had issues with purchasing gems and was instructed to clean out the browsing file and delete the cookies.  I did all that and it didn't fix it.  Please help me with this or I will have to cancel my membership because some games you can't win without gems.  Trlblz256.  Melissa

    Payment has nothing to do with buying Gems as I posted 15 days ago. There is a LOOP that when purchasing gems it says "Try again or go to home page" where both Don't work & you can't get past that part to buy those gems. I would normally spend $50 -100 a week on games but for over 4 months I have had this problem with no answers from anyone or even chatting with EA help. Fix the Loop & we can then but Gems again but no one wants to fix this issue. 

    You would think that top management would see the money they are not making anymore like from me and figure there is something wrong. Unless they really don't care.....

    When will the purchase of gems work?  It has been a month since I posted the issue.  Now there's a weekly badge game and I can't win it because I need gems to purchase the power ups!!  Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?  Please respond so I know what's going on.  Thank you!

    Here is a reply to my problem. Is anybody going to fix this problem to buy gems For me it is now 6 months of waiting. I would chat with EA 8-9 months ago about losing over 300 gems. Then it came to buying GEMS. 
    Why DOESN'T Anybody fix this problem. Doesn't EA know how much money they are losing so much money & it seems they don't care & don't care that there is no purpose to continue Playing POGO. They need to compare what money they were mking 6 months ago to today.

    It's Just Not Fair to screw with customers like all of us!

  • I have had the same gem problem since February.   POGO Case #207625310 My membership comes up at the end of June.   No help what so ever. I have done everything.  I do not have Paypal.   The one time I thought I was finally going to get help my credit card company reported the site was spam and cancelled my payment.  I love POGO.  But considering that no one has helped me, I am about to cancel my membership.     I've also had difficulty in getting customer support to respond, and have had zero resolution to my issue.  EA treats POGO like an unwanted step-child, and it will not surprise me if they sell it off.   EA doesn't care if it loses customers, so threatening to discontinue your subscription holds no sway with them.  I've been a club member on Pogo since 1999, but loyalty means nothing here.

    I am havinIg the same issue. I have restarted my compuer, cleared my cache, restarted my router. Don't know what else to do.  Been on going for a couple of weeks now.

    Hey folks,

    Appreciate you all staying with us on this I know it's a frustrating problem. It is being investigated currently, could anyone who has not already shared their Pogo username here in the thread as well as what browser they are using please do so.

    This helps with the investigation so we can try and narrow down the problem.

    I have to go to wave browser to buy because i have had the same issue
