My games are slow to load, challenges will not work, and when I click on things they just sit there. The games used to load quickly and I could do my daily challenges. I have cleared my browser cache, my computer and browser, Firefox, are up to date, and my computer is hooked up to an ethernet cord. What's going on?
Hello! Sorry to hear about your games being slow and freezing, this is typically a sign of problematic add-ons, excessive memory usage, graphics driver needs updating, or your computer is attempting to perform background updates that are consuming resources.

Additional checks for Firefox Users:
Firefox uses your GPU to render graphics-heavy content. This can cause issues with some games. > Go to Firefox Settings → General → Performance → Uncheck “Use recommended performance settings” and then uncheck “Use hardware acceleration when available”
Browser extensions can interfere with game scripts or slow down performance > Try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (Help → Troubleshoot Mode) to disable all add-ons temporarily. If games run better, disable or remove problematic extensions
Also, while gaming, please try and have the Pogo website open, too many background tasks can slow down performance.
