TRIZZLE issues

I have had issues with Trizzle for MONTHS.  I have tried emptying cache.  I've uni stalled and reloaded pogo.  On my tablet one I make the first match it freezes forever.  On my phone it takes 14 seconds to move on from a match.  It makes this game frustrating, I can't get badges etc and I used to like this simple game.  I tried looking up how to fix and I've tried contacting pogo through my account.  I play on chrome on my android phone and tablet.  Both Samsungs.
