Hello! Would you mind clarifying exactly why you need to quit the game and restart your device? 

• Are you seeing an error message?
• Does the screen go black or freeze?
• Is your device making a noise - like the fan noise increasing?
• Are you using Windows 10 or 11 or another type?

 

I see you’re using Firefox. Would you mind following the steps to check for browser updates and clean Firefox to make sure everything is running correctly? At times outdated files or cached data can cause games to not load properly.

Update Firefox: This will ensure you have the latest fixes and compatibility improvements.

Windows / Mac:

• Open Firefox
• Click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top‑right
• Select Help
• Choose About Firefox
• A window will open and Firefox will automatically check for updates
• If an update is available, it will download and install
• Click Restart to Update Firefox

 

Firefox Clear Cache and Cookies: This helps fix loading issues, freezing, and games not responding.

To clear cache & cookies:

• Open Firefox
• Click the menu (three lines)
• Select Settings
• Go to Privacy & Security
• Scroll to Cookies and Site Data
• Click Clear Data
• Check: Cookies and Site Data Cached Web Content
• Click Clear
• Restart Firefox

 

Optional: Refresh Firefox (Deep Clean): If the browser is really misbehaving:

• Type about:support in the address bar
• Click Refresh Firefox
• Follow the prompts
• This resets Firefox but keeps bookmarks and passwords.
