how do you contact? have not been able to purchase gems for 5 days, no reason given. can't get any help.
I was playing Snowbird Solitaire and I had 261 GEMS. I used SIX while in game and went to use THREE more and got an error. I went to the HOME PAGE and it reads -1 Not 0 but -1.
Hello! I have seen this happen before. Try logging out and Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Make sure to reboot your system (shut it down and log back on). Clearing them often helps restore everything especially if we've been on a while.
