Cookie Connect: Progress lost, finished Level 800, got badge, now back at 784

I tried contacting EA Help twice regarding lost progress in Cookie Connect and both times I was treated like a neophyte user who didn't know anything about how to clear cache or DNS when troubleshooting a problem. On November 17th I finished the latest expansion to Cookie Connect and collected the Level 800 Badge. Two days later I went back to finish getting three stars on all levels I failed to make that mark in on my original run and discovered that I was now back at level 784. I finished three more levels before retiring for the night, thinking maybe I didn't finish through to the end and next day same thing happened, back at 784. That's when I clued in that it even happened during my effort that I lost several levels while playing and ended up, in all, using a massive amount of power ups I'd saved up.

Reporting this as a bug only seemed to work the second time I brought this to EA's attention as the first advisor's only take away was to advise me that clearing my cache and flushing my DNS would help avoid this situation from happening in the future.

Is anyone else having this problem? Next extension, will I have to play through all the levels that somehow unplayed themselves back to 784? I play Pogo all day every day and have never had this problem and I fail to understand how, even if I didn't clear my cache or any other troubleshooting nonsense I do every day as a matter of course, how could I have earned the Level 800 Badge without playing through every level leading up to it. The final bear level wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be courtesy of all the powerups I played and the only proof I have is in my collection. Could someone please look into this matter and advise me? I use a brand new HP lap top using Windows 11. Again, no problems with any other game aside from the usual glitches that basic troubleshooting doesn't fix.****

Update: Just loaded game again after taking screen shot earlier today showing I reached Level 785. Second screen shot shows that I am back at Level 784 again. Note the time stamp in the lower right hand corner of each screen print. Here is verifiable proof that there is a problem even after clearing cache and other troubleshooting efforts.

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
