Daily Sudoku Weekly special problem

This actually started Sunday. I have a friend in which we share what the puzzles are for the day. I know I have done all 6 games every day. But Sunday my extra game didn't match hers. Plus it said that I was doing the 7th day, not the first day. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday it has said that I completed the puzzle even though I know I had not done it. And yes I cleared out Cache.  I took pictures of July 21 and 22  I enjoy doing them and we are taking pictures of each game and recording them so eventually we will have every solution for them.  (gives me something to do.)  But I would like to earn the all stars earned at the end of the month and at this point I don't know how to do that without these lost 4/5 days.  The other one is the same except it says July 22 Next puzzle available in 11h 09m and the Weekly special ends in 02d 11h.

July 23, 2021 It still shows completed even though I did not play the extra game.

  • It fixed itself on Sunday July 25, 2021 when the board reset.  But I lost a whole week of stars for the on the in game challenge.

  • The end of the month is here and I did not receive the badge for getting all of the stars available for the game because of this week that I could not play the special weekly challenge every day.  I was told that staff members read these, but no staff member ever said anything.  I just came back in to let you know that the lost week did effect me.  I have both of the monthly in game badges except for this one.  I have three screen shot to show that I did attempt to try and do the puzzles.  Sorry that I didn't think of taking them when it first started, I was frustrated at the time..

    @Spockearss Thanks for letting us know this is going on, For missing badges, you will want to speak with an advisor for assistance.

    @spockearss Our technical support is a part of our advisor support. The options available may change based on a few factors when making a case try selecting.

    Select "Contact Us" > Pogo > PC > Missing content > Never received Content
