EA not recognizing my email

I am having problems with EA new update system recognizing my email saying it can’t verify. How can I bypass this issue or how can I fix it.. I have a screen name and password have been a Pogo user f...

    Hey there, @akoolmil2005. I'll be happy to help where I can, however I will note directly that because these are public forums, I am limited on how much support I can do, so I may have to refer you to EA Help for personalized assistance.

    When you state that it's not recognizing your email and that it can't verify, is it the original email on the account that you're having trouble verifying for ownership, or the new email? 

    To update your email on EA.com:

    1. Go to https://profile.ea.com
    2. Sign in, for security reasons
    3. On the About Me page, next to Email Address, click edit
    4. To verify your identity, send a security code to the current email address in the system
    5. Input the security code received
    6. Put in your new email address and click Continue
    7. Verify the new email is valid with a similar security code sent to the new email

    This doesn't help- over the past maybe 10 days when I try to sign into my Pogo.com acct  about half the time I am required to go to my email to get a security code to unlock the opening.

    If I already have a password which is supposed to allow me to open my pogo acct, why do I need an additional security check just to open the acct and play games- 

    Can you disable this 2nd security block.

    I can not receive a verification code because I lost my original e-mail and had to change to Gmail account. I also can not add a phone number because of the same reason. Every time I try it wants to send a verification code. My e-mail was [edit: email address removed].  My new one is [edit: email address removed]. How can I find someone to help me
