    Yes, I cleared cache. It still looks like a card with an outline of wheat.

No, it still isn't working. I have one wheat card and the useless faded wheat card, and it won't let me combine them. If I am going to have to wait for a third wheat card in order for them to combine, I will have to wait until the game gives me a third wheat card.
The only reason I mention that, is that all of the other items in the game require things to be combined in groups of three.
