Hello and Welcome to EA Pogo Forums! You've done wonderful troubleshooting already — testing Chrome and Edge on both your laptop and tablet really helps narrow things down. Since the "Uh Oh! Something went wrong" message is appearing across several games and devices, let's look at the few things those setups share and get you back to playing! 😊
Please take a moment to work through the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide → Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | EA Forums - 10424297
Important Reminder for All Readers: Every browser is maintained individually, on every device. Each browser keeps its own separate cache, cookies, settings, and updates — so cleaning or updating Chrome does not clean or update Edge, and actions taken on one device do not translate to another device.
With two browsers on two devices, that's four separate check-ups!
Other system checks:
Security software allow list: Please check that Pogo is on the allow list (whitelist) in ALL of your security software on both devices. Security programs sometimes block the connections games need to save your progress without showing any warning, and this can trigger the exact "something went wrong, please restart" message you're seeing mid-game.
Connection check: Since your devices share the same internet connection, a briefly unstable connection can interrupt a game mid-save — which also produces this error. Give your router a quick refresh (unplug it for 30 seconds, plug it back in). If you're able to test one of the games on a different connection, like a phone hotspot, for a few minutes, that's a great way to rule this out entirely. You can view a guide on this topic here → A Pogo Player's Network Guide
If the error continues after these steps, please contact EA Help here → Pogo – Official EA Help support
