Farm Merge Valley Constellation Rewards: No Crates Received

I have not received the crates for Farm Valley from todays constellation give away. Several others mentioned the same thing in the chat forum. I was awarded 10 more crates today and still don't have ...

Not only am I not getting the crates I get from the Constellation challenges now I'm not getting credit for the merge bonuses . When will this game be debugged ?

That makes two of us... Owes me 110 crates for the constellation challenge.  Who can fix this issue PLEASE
